Booking a cab from 24 Cabs company was amazing, after booking we did not have any interaction with them, just got the complete information of the driver immediately after booking and also got a call with the driver. Used Solo cab service from Ayodhya to Lucknow route. Solo cab service was very comfortable. They provided a SUV cab which was clean and maintained. Driver was professional and polite. And the cab charges were reasonable. Overall, I am satisfied with their services and would recommend others to give them a chance. 24Cabs customer support is very good and fast reply.

Overall a nice ride. Car was clean and proper. Driver was professional and well dressed and polite. The journey was covered in less than stipulated time, which was really good. However, the driver had to answer incoming calls incessantly on his cellphone while driving and wore the seatbelt properly only when we were on the highway. The customer care center was approachable and responsive.It was worth the money for a one way ride.
